Shipping Zone
- We ship within the contiguous US, excluding Alaska.
- Due to regulations we cannot ship tobacco products to the following states: Illinois, Maine, South Dakota, South Carolina, Utah, Vermont and Washington.
- Product restrictions apply to the following states: California, Connecticut, Denver Colorado, Maryland, Massachusetts, Montana, New York, Ohio, Pennsylvania and Rhode Island.
- Flavored products cannot be shipped to California, Denver Colorado, Massachusetts, New York and Rhode Island.
- International shipping is not available at this time.
- Shipping to military installations, prisons, schools, hospitals and religious institutions is not available at this time.
- Billing address must match shipping address.
- We do not ship to P.O Boxes.
- Shipments to Hawaii may result in additional shipping to be collected prior to shipping out. All shipping charges collected at the time of checkout are estimated.
Shipping Method
- Orders ship via USPS or other company. Once your order ships we will provide you with tracking information.
Shipping Insurance
- Shipping insurance provided by Navidium is offered at checkout, if this insurance is declined and the order is missing or damaged or stolen, the customer agrees to hold us harmless.
- If shipping insurance is purchased, tobaccostock will be liable and will be responsible for making the customer whole by reshipping the order once it is confirmed by the carrier the shipment is lost, damaged or stolen.
- Navidium insurance is voided if the customer provided an incorrect shipping address causing the miss-delivery or lose of the package.
Shipping Cost
- Will vary based on how quickly you would like to receive your product. You will be able to choose the option that fits your shipping needs during the checkout process.
- Additional shipping charges may apply to Hawaii.
Order Processing
- Our goal is to process your order the day you submit your order during our business hours. Most orders will process no later than 48hrs after submission.
- Orders are processed Monday-Friday.
- If an order is placed on Friday after 12 noon it may not be processed until the following business day.
- Orders that are placed over the weekend on Saturday and Sunday will be processed within 48hrs starting at the start of business work week.
- If an order is placed during a federal holiday it will be processed within 48 hours after the holiday.
- If your billing address does not match your shipping address this may delay your order.
