Disappointed

As of three and a half weeks after my ordering and Tobacco Stock`s receiving my money, my order has not been received by me. I`ve been buying this product for years and do enjoy it. But my last order of 7/7/21 has not been delivered as of 7/31/21. Very Disappointed !

quality of product was great, packaged well/ arrived in great condition. Shipping/customer sprt - no tracking number that actually worked was provided. After delivery was 2 days late I contacted customer sprt to let them know and asked for a good tracking number; no number was provided but she looked up my tracking and called me back within 10 minutes to tell me it was 100 miles away and would arrive in 2 more days. That would have been 5 days late but luckily it arrived later that evening. Overall good experience minus shipping. Now I know to order in advance and dont expect shipping that is listed/out of date on website!
