Excellent from ordering online, paying on line, to receiving the product as described and in good condition.
When I ordered it got messed up with billing and charged my debit card 5 times. I understand that it was my mistake as I hit the button while it was processing. Customer service was great. But it took five days for my account to get cleared up. 500 bucks absent really hurt.
Service is fine. The search for Cuban Rejects on your side is awkward and difficult. Additionally, I recently received cigars I did not order (for George A Poulo. I notified you and you were going to mail me an UPS label so that I could return them. I have not received the label. Please send ASAP.
Most recent order not filled. No estimate of when it could be filled.
